研究方向: 

半导体低维(量子阱、量子线、量子点、超晶格等)异质结构的分子束外延生长、受限光电子体系量子物理效应、高性能光电器件和量子信息器件制备。

目前研究方向主要包括:

1.In(Ga)As自组织量子点材料与量子信息器件

2.In(Ga)As(P,Sb)/GaAs材料与近红外光电器件
