陈琨

副教授

电子与信息工程学院副教授、百人计划。2013年在香港中文大学获得电子工程学博士学位,随后成为香港中文大学电子工程学系博士后。2017年3月加入中山大学电子与信息工程学院、广东省显示材料重点实验室。主要从事新型二维半导体材料的生长以及相关光电子器件的开发,包括材料生长机理研究,材料成长过程和相关电学性能理论模拟,新型光电探测器件制备和器件界面工程研究。
