教授,博士生导师,中山大学“百人计划”引进人才,广东省杰青获得者。研究方向:硅基硫系玻璃光电子集成器件,专注于新一代信息处理的光电子集成材料与器件研制及其在光互联和光感知领域的应用研究。近五年主持国家、省、市自然科学基金等项目10余项,累计1500余万元;在Nature Communications、Nano Letters、Laser & Photonics Reviews等国际期刊发表SCI论文70余篇,已授权发明专利17项,在国内外学术会议做邀请报告30余次。

【研究方向】:非线性光子集成芯片;主要成果包括:超窄线宽集成激光器,高速光引擎模块(光源+调制)、信能同传关键器件与系统、高速CVQKD芯片与通信系统、硫系玻璃/碳化硅/铌酸锂片上异质集成光子芯片

教育和工作经历:

2011年在中山大学硕博连读获工学博士学位;

2012-2017年:先后跟随南洋理工大学唐定远教授、澳大利亚国立大学Prof. Barry Luther-Davies、香港理工大学谭华耀教授从事科研工作;

2017年-至今:中山大学“百人计划”引进加入中山大学电子与信息工程学院,光电材料与技术国重室固定成员。
