梁孝慈
梁孝慈,副教授,博士生导师。分别于2016年、2019年和2023年在中山大学分别获得学士、硕士和博士学位,随后留校从事博士后研究工作。2026年3月入职中山大学电子与信息工程学院(微电子学院)。
主要研究氧化物薄膜晶体管和电解质栅晶体管的器件原理与特性调控,及其在神经形态计算和存储器中的应用。以第一作者或通讯作者在 Nature Electronics、Nature Communications、The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters、Applied Physics Letters、IEEE EDL等期刊发表论文多篇,主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、中国博士后创新人才支持计划项目和中国博士后科学基金面上项目等。
