教授

刘川,中山大学电子与信息工程学院教授。长期从事氧化物薄膜晶体管有机薄膜晶体管场效应晶体管器件物理与集成技术研究,聚焦新型显示驱动背板、智能显示与光电集成系统。获英国剑桥大学物理学博士学位(有机电子学方向),先后在日本国立材料科学研究所(NIMS)、韩国东国大学从事薄膜晶体管器件研究。在Nature ElectronicsNature CommunicationsScience AdvancesAdvanced Materials等期刊上发表学术论文,H-index 60,总引用11,000余次。入选国家高层次人才、国自然优青等人才项目。担任Semiconductor Science and Technology编委、ACS Applied Polymer Materials顾问、Journal of the Society for Information Display副编辑。

代表性科研成果

代表性成果:

研究薄膜晶体管的非理想特性,揭示能带异常弯曲带来的非线性电荷注入效应,解释了特性异常机制,提出分析方法和诊断工具。

发展氧化物和有机薄膜晶体管的有源层叠层设计,揭示高迁移率和高稳定性的矛盾机理,获得高迁移率和高稳定性兼容的实现方法。

发展氧化物和有机半导体在薄膜晶体管及光电器件中的混合集成方法和器件原理,拓展在光电应用方面的新功能。
