电子与信息工程学院百人计划副教授,博士生导师。博士毕业后加入美国麻省理工学院做博士后。 2018年9月加入中山大学电子与信息工程学院,是光电材料与技术全国重点实验室固定成员。主要从事硅基有源光电子器件集成、片上近红外电致光源、光电探测器等方面的研究。已发表学术论文40余篇,包含Nature Nanotechnogly, Nature Communiations, Nature Physics等高水平研究论文研究小组网站(中大内网)
